CBN series honing bars are made of CBN and metal binder, mixed, pressed and sintered. They have the advantages of high grinding efficiency, low consumption, convenient use and good economic benefits.

Purpose

Diamond series sand bars can meet the requirements of high-precision honing technologies such as rough grinding, flat honing and sliding honing. CBN series sand bars are mainly used for honing of steel and cast iron quenched cylinder liners (high hardness, HRC65).

Sand bar model

Covering the national four, five and six reticulated sand strips, as well as foreign European four, five and six reticulated sand strips. It is applied to the cylinder liner of domestic and foreign engines such as Mercedes-Benz, Carter, John Deere, International Truck, Fiat, AGCO, Sinotruk, Yuchai, Xichai, Chaochai, etc.
